Utility Manager Pro and Utility Manager Server

Overview

The Utility Manager™ (UM) Pro and UM Server applications deliver value to multiple-site organizations by making the process of in-house utility bill management from receipt through to payment easy and efficient. With these robust programs, you can spot billing errors and consumption anomalies, track and compare facilities, identify trends, make accurate projections, and create sophisticated forecasts and budgets. By fully integrating UM Pro or UM Server into your utility management program, your organization can save ten percent or more on its annual utility budget. Additionally, the applications are flexible in that they can interface directly with existing accounting software programs.

UM Server is a Microsoft SQL server-based application for large organizations who manage multiple sites and large amounts of data.

UM Pro operates on both Microsoft Access and MSDE and is designed for organizations with fewer sites and less data, such as school districts, municipalities, and small companies.
